摘要
“意见”语篇话题结构衔接的特点是：从宏观语篇来看,板块分明、前后相续、功能迥异的两大话题结构共同兑现标题话题结构；从微观语篇来看,一是前言部分形成链式话题结构,二是前言引进的若干具体意见形成的主体部分由小标题话题结构组架起来,每一小标题话题结构需由语意连贯的话题结构直接兑现。
Opinlons-passages used in China＇s official sdministration documents as proposals and solutions to impor-tant problems, mainly have two features in the joint. In board sense of a passage, the feature lies in using a combi-nation of two related topic stractures with totally different functions to embody the headline, In its narrow sense, forone thing, the foreword is under a chain structure and for another thing, the body supported by specific opinionsare organized and structured by subheads which are embodied by coherent semantic topics.
