摘要
目的探讨藻酸双酯钠对慢性肺心病的疗效。方法选择慢性肺心病病人60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在抗炎、吸氧和对症治疗基础上,用藻酸双酯钠0.15加入0.9%氯化钠250 mL静点,1次/d,2周为1个疗程。对照组采用常规治疗。观察病人症状和体征的改善情况,观察血气分析和血流变的变化。结果治疗组显效24例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%,对照组显效8例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%。结论藻酸双酯钠对肺心病加重期疗效确切。
Objective To discuss the curafive effect on treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease （ CPHD） with PSS. Methods 60cases of CPHD patient were divided into two groups （30 cases per each ）. The observe group was treated with 0.15 PSS iv qd on the bases of routine therapy for 2 weeks as a course. The symptom and signs were observed. Results There were excellent in 24 cases, good in 4 eases and no effective in 2 cases in observe group with total effective rate of 93.3%. There were excellent in 8 cases, good in 18 eases and no effective in 4 cases in control group with total effective rate of 86.7 %. Conclusion There might be accuracy effect for PSS to treat CPHD.
