Glypican-3基因与生长调控及肿瘤的研究进展
Research Progress on Glypican-3 Gene in Growth Regulation and Its Relationship with Cancer
摘要
1996年Pilia等克隆到了过度生长综合征(Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome,SGBS)患者Xq26区的磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3基因(Glypican-3,GPC3)。GPC3在细胞的生长发育中起着重要的调控作用,正是由于该基因的突变导致了SGBS。最近还发现该基因与几种恶性肿瘤的发生有关。文章就该基因与生长调控及肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
