摘要
目的介绍趾移植联合前臂贵要静脉-皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复拇指ⅢB缺损的方法。方法自2003年3月,在解剖学研究的基础上,共6例拇指ⅢB缺损的病人应用该方法进行拇指再造。结果6例均获成功,再造拇指与皮瓣存活,外形满意,功能好。结论趾移植联合前臂贵要静脉-皮神经营养血管皮瓣是修复拇指ⅢB缺损的良好方法,具有血运可靠,易操作等优点。
Objective To introduce the method of reconstruction for thumb HI B defect by using the toe transplantation with basilic vein -cutaneous nerve nutrient vessels pedicled forearm flaps. Methods Based on anatomic researches, the toe transplantation with basilic vein - cutaneous nerve nutrient vessels pedicled forearm flaps had been performed on 6 patients with the thumb Ⅲ B defect since 2003. Results All the reconstructed thumbs and flaps survived with satisfying appearance and function. Conclusion Second toe transplantation combined with. basilic vein - cutaneous nerve nutrient vessels pedicled forearm flaps is a good method for reconstruction of thumb Ⅲ B defect with the advantages such asthe reliable blood supply and the easy operation.
