摘要
使用真空电弧镀技术制备了包覆型涂层HY3,对退除经过时效后的涂层的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,涂层经过时效后,其中Cr元素的含量大增。由于Cr2O3与NiO性质的不同,以HF和HNO3为主的1#溶液适合退除时效前的涂层,以HNO3和FeCl3为主的2#溶液适合于退除时效后的涂层。
The effects on removing the HY3 overlay coating, which was deposited by arc vacuum spraying technology was investigated. It is showed that the concentration of each element in the coating was changed as Cr in the coating was enriched tremendously after a high temperature oxidation. Since the performances of Cr203 and NiO on the coating removal are different, the formal solution became unsuitable for the new situation. Whereas 1 ^# solution(HF and HNO3)effectively removed the coating before a high temperature oxidation, 2^# solution(HNO3 and FeCl3) is more suitable for removing the coating after a high temperature oxidation.
