Preparation and Application of Micro-needles in Nuclear Transplantation of Animal Embryos
摘要
本文阐述了利用拉针仪、断针仪和磨针仪制备动物胚胎细胞核移植显微操作用针的具体操作方法、注意事项、可用针的评定标准并给出了部分实验用针的长度、内外径的参考数据。
