摘要
以重庆市璧山县为例,通过分析城镇建设用地扩展强度指数,对西部地区城镇建设用地扩展动力机制进行了探索.认为璧山县城镇建设用地扩展驱动力如下:①地理区位配合政策优势;②城镇发展动力机制差异;③工业园区经济拉动.
The town has developed very fast since the 21^st century which brings out many problems. Both in theory and in reality, it makes sense for us to study these subjects that how to solve those contradictions better, such as contradictions between the City Expansion and the short of land, between the development of cities and the coordination of environment, between the internal space and coun of Chongqing city as an example, through which the authors analyzed the indexes try. wh Take Bishan County ich reflect the Expan sion Intensity of land for construct in the town. Also, the authors have reached on the driving force of the Expansion. The authors conclude that the driving force of the constructional land expansion in Bishan county is as follows：①the excellent location matches the policy advantage; ② the differences among the driving force of development can give some references for of different towns; ③the draw of the industrial garden, It is hoped that this the Expansion of construct land in fast developing western towns of China.
