摘要
中小企业在我国占有很大的比重,在我国的国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用,但是民营中小企业自筹资金的可持续能力弱,贷款与担保仍很困难,直接融资的机会相当稀缺。所以其融资问题一直是制约中小企业发展的瓶颈,只有解决融资难的问题,中小企业才能会更好的发展。
Small and medium - sized enterprises are expanding quickly in China, which prove important to Chinese economy. Howeverg they are greatly restricted by financing difficulties, How to solve this problem has become a major issue in the current assets system reformation, This paper analyzes the ways of financing and concludes the importance of non-governmental capital in this ease.
