摘要 适宜的煤粉粒度应根据喷煤量和煤种来确定,当喷吹挥发分为30%、灰分为10%的煤粉时,若喷煤量为150kg/t,则-74μm的煤粉的比例应大于55%。氧煤枪是否具有增燃作用决定于完全混合长度x_0是否大于煤粉着火位置距煤枪出口的距离。软熔带形状控制喷吹后煤气流的变化,倒V型软熔带煤气流多呈中心发展,W型软熔带煤气流多呈边缘发展。 The suitable particle size of pulverized coal should be determined by injection rate and injected coal.While the pulverized coal containing 30% volatiles and 10% ash is injected with a rate of 150kg/tHM,the proportion of pulverized coal with-74μm particle size mast be over 55% The coal-oxygen gun may accelerate pulverized coal burning when the complete mixing length TO is longer than the distance from gun outlet to the position o{ pulverized coal inflammation.As the pulverized coal is injecting into blast furnace,the gas flow parttern is dependent on cohesive zone shape.The central gas flow is promoted on condition of inverse V type cohesive zone,but the peripheral gas flow is promoted on condition of W type cohesive zone.
