宫颈癌预防性疫苗的研发现状与挑战 被引量:2

摘要 宫颈癌(Cervical cancer)已严重危害人类健康与全球经济,研发有效的疫苗很有意义。本文就预防性宫颈癌疫苗的临床试验现状,特别对疫苗研发中面临的:宫颈癌的病因学、高危HPV的多型别问题及各型病毒间可能的相互作用、VLP疫苗、L2蛋白交叉中和性抗原表位、疫苗应用的接种程序及社会推广等挑战性问题作一综述。
