物业维修基金作为物业管理后续服务的资金保障,其筹集、管理与使用问题关系着广大业主的切身利益。应当明晰物业维修基金的性质、管理方式和监督机制并立法予以保障,以预防和解决相关纠纷。
The real estate maintain fund is running as the financial guarantee in subsequent real estate management service. Establishment, management and the way of usage of fund count for much to the residents. In order to prevent and solve relevant problems, the character, manner of management and supervisal institution of real estate maintain fund shall be properly legislated .
