摘要
讨论了自制的阳离子类水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂(CWPU)用于涤棉针织物整理,最佳工艺条件｛浸轧[CWPU用量120g/L,焙烘(130℃,3min)]或浸渍[CWPU用量12%(owf),45min,浴比11∶5]｝下,可明显提高涤棉针织物的抗起毛起球性能,且手感不受影响.
The optimal technol, conditions for cotton knitted fabrics with author-made cationic waterborne polyurethane （CWPU） anti-pilling agent were discussed. The anti-pilling property of the polyester fiber-cotton knitted fabrics was obviously improved and the hand-feel was not affected when finishing by padding at CWPU 120 g/L and baking 3 min at 130℃, or by immersing at CWPU 12% （owf） for 45 min at bath ratio 1：15.
