摘要
研究了一种三电平半桥逆变器,其开关管的应力减小了50%,同时也减小了输出滤波器的体积。该逆变器采用了单极性SPWM控制方案,建立了其双环控制的数学模型,并分析了系统的稳定性。针对初始参数的选取给出了相应的公式,最后给出了实验结果。结果表明,逆变器很好地实现了三电平工作。
In this paper the operation principle of three-levels half bridge inverter based on Single-pole Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SSPWM) control mode is presented,the mai. advantages of the inverter are as follows:the voltage stress of all switches is ensured to be only the half of the primary voltage,the output fiher bulk could be significantly reduced,the voltage-current double closed loop math model is established and the stability of the inverter is analyzed.The inaccuracy of parameter selection of current adjustor would induce the question of multi-intersection and the instability of system, thus the formula of preliminary parameter selection is given.The experimental result indicated that inverter realized three-levels successfully.
