摘要
管理是公共图书馆发展的关键所在。本文从分析图书馆管理思想、适用条件、现实状况、管理主题等方面入手,提出了公共图书馆管理的真正主题:把制度、规范和机制落实到位的观点。
The management is the key of the public library development. From analysing the library management thought, the applicable condition, the realistic situation and the main subject of managment etc this paper puts forward the real main subject of the public library management： the viewpoint to carry out the system, norm and mechanism.
