摘要
本文介绍了采用固态半导体放电开关实现的1.7kV、10kA的Septum电源和7.8kV、3.7kA的Kicker电源,详细分析了两台脉冲电源的电容器充电电源、脉冲放电开关、放电回路结构、热漂移校正等问题。原型样机的结果表明,其电流幅度稳定性都优于±0.1%,其他主要指标均可达到设计要求。
This paper describes two types of pulsed power supplies for the SSRF injection system which is based on solid-state switches. One is a 1.7kV, 10kA septum pulser, while the other is a 7.8 kV, 3.7kA kicker pulser. The charging power supply, discharging switch, structure of the discharging circuit, and feed-back of current are discussed. The prototypes and the simulation show that the stability of the current magnitude is better than ±0.1% and other main targets reach the design requirement.
