摘要
提出一个两相溶胀模型来描述非均一的聚合物凝胶。在该模型中,凝胶由有效弹性区和高交联度低溶胀率(Q_d)区组成,Q_d值为a_TQ_a,而在Choqute的两相模型中,非弹性区是不溶胀的;即溶胀率为1。由于是溶胀率为Qi区的体积分数,本文假设Qi符合高斯分布,即Q~N(Q_a,σ~2),因此有,其中。根据平衡溶胀率Q_a和制得该凝胶时的凝胶转化率,通过计算机迭代运算可同时求得分布偏差σ和弹性区体积分数Z。结果发现,随转化率升高,弹性区体积分数下降,但分布趋向均匀。
This paper described heterogeneous polymer gels as a two swelling phase model in which a volume fraction of network chains is formed by elastic active chains,and the other part is made up of areas with high crosslinking density and low swelling ratio. Qd.`with the value aTQa, other than without swelling (Qd=1) in Choqute's two phase model,σ1 is the gel conversion ratio and Qa is the measured volume swelling ratio. For Pi is the volume fraction of Q1,it's assumed that Q1 fits Gaussian distribution,that's to say, Q~N(Qa,σ2).Then we have (1-z)Qd,in which, x=2aTQa-1, Through computer calculation,we obtain both σ and Z of a certain Qa in a crosslinking stage aT. It's found that volume fraction Z of elastic area decrease and swelling in a gel become more welldistributed with crosslinking extent increased.
