摘要
《大学英语教学大纲》把说的能力提高到和听、写、译能力同一层次来加以要求,把教学的重点放在打好学生英语语言基础和提高学生语言运用能力方面。从外语交际能力理论和交际方法入手,论述了交际能力和交际法的研究对外语口语教学的实践意义。
In ＂Syllabus of College English Teaching＂, students＇ ability in speaking is put in as the same level as in listening, writing and translating, and great emphasis is put on strengthening language foundation and improving skills in language use. This paper tries to discuss that the study of communicative competence and method has practical significance on oral English teaching.
