摘要
通过对挤出过程不可压缩粘弹性熔体流动的数值模拟、求出速度场、温度场、压力场以及膨胀比,有利于确定挤塑过程的工艺条件和口模尺寸。
The velocity field , temperature field, pressure field and the expansion ratio have been investigated by numerically simulating the flow of the incompressible viscoelastic melt through a die in the extrusion process. The calculation method presented in this paper can be used to select the extrusion molding conditions and the dimensions of the dies.
