摘要 在KIO4存在下,新有机试剂2(-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-磺丙氨基苯酚与Co(Ⅲ)和Ni(Ⅱ)反应形成水溶性、紫红色1∶2配合物而被保留在C18硅氧烷键合固定相上,用含有7.5mmol/L醋酸铵的甲醇-丙酮-乙醇-水(27∶16∶5∶52,V/V)流动相洗脱,在525nm处检测,Co(Ⅲ)-和Ni(Ⅱ)-BTASPAP配合物在4min内获得完全分离。最小检测量分别为0.2ng和0.09ng。该方法应用于铝合金试样中钴、镍的分离测定。 In the presence of KIO4, new organic reagent 2-(2-benzothialylazo)-5-(3-sulfopropyl ) aminophenol (H2R) reacts with both Co(Ⅲ) and Ni(Ⅲ) to form water-soluble, purplish chelates. the molar ratios for both Co(Ⅲ) and Ni(Ⅱ) to BTASPAP are 1: 2. The two chelatcs have different retention times on the spherisorb ODS C18 siloxane bonded-phase, as a solution of methanol-acetone-ethanol-water (27: 16: 5: 52. V/V) containing 7. 5 mmol/L NH4Ac is used as eluent. The detection wavelength is 525 nm. The Co(Ⅲ)-and Ni (Ⅱ) BTASPAP chelates could be completely separated in 4 min. The minimum detection amounts for Co and Ni are 0. 2 ng and 0. 09 ng respectively. This method is applied to the determination of trace Co and Ni in aluminum-alloy samples.
