摘要
对图书馆在素质教育中的作用做了阐述，并对新时期馆员专业素质要求提出了看法，以提高馆员的素质，充分发挥图书馆的作用，从而促进人才全面素质的培养。
It illustrates action of library in diathesis, and puts forward attitude for diathesis of staff of library in new time, which to improve diathesis of staff and display action of library and promote cultivation of talent person.
