摘要
为减少涤棉细号高密品种的浆纱毛羽,解决喷气织造时断经多、效率低的问题,对上浆工艺进行了优化:分别设计了以PVA-1799、PVA-205MB、醋酸酯淀粉、固体丙烯酸类浆料为主浆料不同配比的四种配方。对四种浆料配方的浆纱质量、浆纱毛羽及织造情况进行了对比。结果表明:加入低聚合度的PVA,可使浆液粘度大大降低,改善浆液流动性,提高浆液对疏水性纤维的粘附力,从而改善了上浆效果。
To reduce the sizing hairiness of fine count high density polyester cotton variety and resolve the problems of many broken warps and low efficient in air-jet weaving, sizing processing was optimized. Four formulas of different main size mixture which are PVA-1799, PVA-205MB, acetate starch and solid acrylic size were designed. Yarn quality and sizing hairiness of the four formulas were compared, the test shows that adding PVA of low polymerization degree can reduce size viscosity evidently, improve size fluidity and enhance the adhesion strength of size to hydrophobic fibers to improve sizing effect.
