摘要
目前,我国资本市场体系较为单一,无法满足不同市场主体的需要,制约了我国经济的健康发展。现阶段,构建我国多层次资本市场的思路应是规范和完善主板市场、稳步推进创业板建设、推动代办股份市场向真正的三板市场转变。
Nowadays, the system of our capital market lacks variety and can not meet the needs of different markets. This has limited the healthy development of the economy in our country. At present such measures should be taken as to standard main board market , establish the secondary board market step by step and transform share transfer market to a real third board market.
