摘要
计量经济分析是一种常用且有效的分析方式,通过2003年对全国各地区国内生产总值(GDP)、电力消费量(DL)、工业废水排放量(FS)的分析不难发,现目前中国各地区的经济增长是以巨大的能源消耗和环境污染为代价的。有鉴于此,可采取两种策略,即产业生态化及绿色GDP核算指标的方式加以管理、引导,以期早日实现集约型经济增长。
Measuring economic analyses is a common and effective way. Through analyses on GDP, DL, and FS of our country in 2003, we can easily find out that all our economic improvements pay the price of huge energy consumption and pollution. In view of these, we can adopt two countermeasures, ecological industry and green GDP accounting target, in managing and guiding so as to practice intensive economic improvement early.
