摘要
通过对公共图书馆在城市文化建设中重要作用的阐述,以及对目前西安市所有公共图书馆情况的分析,提出了如何加快西安市公共图书馆的建设、如何促进城市文化建设的建议。
This paper has expounded on the importance of public libraries in urban culture building, suggested means to develop the tasks of public library, and put forward suggestions to promoted urban culture construction ofXi＇ an.
