摘要
新世纪为我国的旅游业发展带来了巨大的发展机遇。在国家积极扶持中小型企业发展的今天,我国中小型旅游企业迎来了良好的发展机遇。但是,无数中小旅游企业的经营者都面临着如何在激烈竞争的市场中生存、发展问题,也就是说如何提高中小型旅游企业的核心竞争力问题。本文拟从中小型旅游企业的特点、中小型旅游企业的核心竞争力及中小型旅游企业核心竞争力的培养等三个方面,谈谈如何培育中小型旅游企业的核心竞争力问题。
Chinese tourism faced with the huge development opportunity when the mew century arrived. Today, the medium and small traveling enterprises were given positive supports by government . But, many operators of the medium and small traveling enterprises all faced whit the questions that how to cause the enterprises survival and develop in the intense competition market. in other words, how to enhance the core competitive ability of the medium and small traveling enterprlses.This article draws up to talk about how to cultivate the core competitive ability of medium and small traveling enterprises.
