摘要
简要介绍了一种低功耗调频发射电路的基本原理、电路结构、典型应用,以及电路的工艺制作。通过样品测试,验证理论分析,并提出了改进方案。该电路集成了话筒放大器、参考电压、可变电抗、射频振荡器、缓冲输出、辅助晶体管等多个功能模块,构成一个完整的发射系统,实现了复杂的板上系统转化为简单的片上系统的设计理念。
A low-power frequency-modulation (FM) transmitter is presented. The basic principle and architecture of the circuit, as well as its process technology, are described. Theoretical analysis is made and scheme for improvements is proposed. The circuit integrates functional modules including microphone amplifier, reference voltage, variable reactance, RF oscillator, buffer output, and complementary transistors into a single chip to compose a complete transmitter system. The circuit realizes the design idea of converting a complex system-on-board into a simple system-on-chip.
