摘要
针对纸厂的浆纸生产过程,通过建立浆纸动态优化产耗存数学模型,开发浆纸动态优化系统,用于计算系统的浆纸平衡情况,合理安排生产计划,预测设备维修时各工段的停车时间,并提供浆纸平衡的监控手段,避免生产过程的不正常波动。
For paper pulp production process, a dynamic optimization mathematical model for the paper pulp produce and cost is built. Based on the model, software for the paper pulp dynamic optimization system is exploited to compute the paper and paper pulp' s balance condition and arrange production plan more reasonable. Then each workshop section' s shut-down period can be forecasted during the maintenance of equipments. It can also offer the supervisory control instrument for the paper and paper pulp balance to avoid irregular variation in the production process.
