摘要
我们在大鼠原位全肝移植的基础上作了多项技术改进,进行了54次大鼠减体积性肝移植(RSLT),在国内首先建立了切除供肝左侧叶的大鼠 RSLT 模型。由于受体鼠7天存活率高(87.5%),模型的稳定性好,且选择的供、受体鼠初始条件基本相同(同龄同体重),因而本模型最适合于研究各种外加条件特别是免疫抑制剂对减体积性供肝植入后肝再生及肝功能的影响。
Reduced-size liver transplantation (RSLT) has been widely adopted clinically in re- cent years.In order to meet various research demands,54 RSLT were performed with several technique improvements on the basis of orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat.In this study,a model of rat RSLT in which the graft liver is reduced in size by left lateral lobe resection was recommended.Because of its high stability and survival rate,the model could be useful in studying the regeneration and function of the graft under the effect of immunosuppressive agents after im- plantation
