摘要 目的:肿瘤的发生发展是多基因、多阶段的复杂过程,目前对肿瘤的研究仅局限于某一个或几个基因和它们之间简单的调控关系,由于试验技术的限制,无法全面认识肿瘤发生发展过程中各基因复杂的相互调控关系。基因芯片技术可同时检测少则几十,多则几万个基因的差异表达状态,并分析它们之间的相互作用关系,为全面了解肿瘤发生、发展提供了一件实验利器。 OBJECTIVE: Occurrence and progression of cancer are very complex process. Nowadays, people can only detect one or several genes involved in the progression of cancer. Because of the limited experimental technologies, people can not realize the complex interaction network as whole. However, DNA microarray technologies can detect expressions states of thousands of genes at one time. At the same time, it can help us to analyze the complex interaction relationship among differential expressed genes. So this technology is a very effective tools to discover the secret of the occurrence and progression of cancer.
