摘要
针对传统的交流提升机采用的TKD型电控系统故障率较高、调速系统的综合技术指标差等缺点,介绍矢量控制的变频调速技术,该技术具有调速范围宽广、系统的动态响应速度快、电动机的加速度特性好、可以对转矩实行精确控制等优点。矢量控制的变频调速技术在矿井绞车提升系统中运用,进一步提高了矿井提升机运行的可靠性。
according to the high fault rate and of the TKD electric control system and the poor comprehensive technical index of the speed control system for the traditional AC hoist, the paper introduced the frequency speed control technology with vector control. The vector control technology will have a wide range of speed control. The system dynamic reaction speed is very fast and the speed up feature of the electric motor is good. The rotary torque can be accurately controlled.
