摘要
以各色玻璃纸覆盖进行根萌苗的光形态建成反应的研究得出,透光率大的色膜下地表日均温、日较差,水分日蒸发量较高。根萌发生的物候早晚与光质和光强都有关,低透光率的蓝,绿膜下各物候最早,黑膜最晚。芽数/根,萌苗节间长,芽总长/根的统计值表明,根萌发生能力和萌苗伸长生长主要受制于光质,各色光对每项指标作用强弱的位次不完全相同,唯蓝光下芽数/根居极显著高的水平,且萌苗高生长亦仅次于黑膜。萌苗干/鲜与色膜平均光谱透光率呈极显著正相关。叶绿素总量依光质和光强两因素变化。
Studies on the photomorphogenesis of the rootsuckers of Eucommia ulmoides by using glassines with different colors showed that the average diurnal temperature, daily temperature difference and evaporation rate in surface soils covered by glassines with high transprencies are high. The phenological periods of the rootsuckers were closely related to light quality and intensity, i.e., the phenological period of rootsuckers covered by green and blue glassines with low transparencies came earlier, and later by black glassine. Statistical data of the number, inter nodal and total lengths of rootsuckers per root showed that the occurrence ability and the growth of rootsuckers were affected by light quality; the number of rootsuckers per root occurred under blue ligh was great; dark was favorable to the growth of rootsuckers; other lights gave variable results. The ratio between the weight of dried and fresh rootsuckers was markedly correlated to the transparency of glassines. The content of total chlorophyll in rootsuckers varied with light quality and intensity, i.e., higher under strong green and white lights.
