摘要
高校毕业生就业难已成为困扰各级高校领导的难题,尤其是地方性高校由于持续扩招,问题更加突出。高校毕业生就业难问题的形成是由社会、学校和学生个人等多方面的原因所造成的。随着时间的推移,社会的进步,就业难的问题最终会得到合理的解决。
It is a difficult problem puzzled by students＇ employment for university leaders. Especially, the problem has become even more seriously for local universities because of extend enrolling new students in recent years. The problem has been created by the reasons of society, universities and students themselves. But it will be solved as time goes on and society advances.
