摘要
设计了人口普查多级网格(SIMGPC)的结构体系,重点探讨了网格划分、编码方法和网格数据库等关键技术,并实现了一个带有空间信息编码的人口普查数据PDA采集系统。
The core idea of Spatial Information Multi-grid（SIMG） is introduced and the structure of spatial information multi-grid for population census（SIMGPC） is designed. The key technologies are expatiated on the method to measure off grid, code and SIMG database. A population census data PDA collection system with spatial information code is designed and implemented.
