摘要
李东垣在治疗内伤病的过程中常常运用风药,其治疗中气下陷诸证,多在补益中气的基础上加用风药,以升提下陷之气,代表方剂补中益气汤;治疗阴火证,以甘温益气升阳药配大量风药,以发越内外之郁火,代表方剂升阳散火汤;治疗脾胃气虚,湿邪内困诸证,采用益气利湿药配合风药,以化解内外之湿邪,代表方剂升阳除湿汤。
