摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海省三角城种羊场110只引入青海的新疆细毛羊母羊的血清酯酶和血清碱性磷酸酶多态性进行了研究。结果发现:①被检新疆细毛羊血清酯酶基因座有 ESA 和 ESa 两种表型,受一对等位基因 ES^A 和 ES^a 的控制,其基因频率分别为0.346 3和0.6537;②血清碱性磷酸酶基因座有 ALP B 和 ALP O 两种表型,受一对等位基因ALP^B 和 ALP^O的控制,其基因频率分别为0.292 9和0.707 1③除 ESa 型新疆细毛羊母羊的周岁毛长显著大于 ESA 型羊以外(P<0.01),其它生产性状无 ES 表型间差异;④ALP表型与体重、产毛量和毛长等生产性状之间无显著联系。
110 ewes of Xinjiang Fine Wood Sheep in the Qinghai Sanjiaocheng Stud Farm were used to investigate the polymorphism of serum esterase and serum alkaline phosphatase by means of a polyaerylamide gel eleetrophoresis,The results were as follows:(1) There were two phenotypes including ES A and ES a on the locus of serum esterase in examined Xinjiang Fine wool Sheep,and they were controlled by a pair of alleles—ES^A and ES^a and the frequencies were 0.3463 and 0.6537 rasp.(2)there were two phenotypes including ALP B and ALP O on the locus of serum alkaline phosphatase,and they were controlled by a pair of alleles---ALP^B and ALP^o and the frequen- cies were 0.2929 and 0.7071 resp.(3)There was not significant dif- ference between such performances as body weight and grease fleece weight in the ewe with different phenotypes except that yearling staple length in the ewe with ES A phenotype was significantly lon- ger than that in the ewe with ES a phenotype(P<0.01).(4)There was not significant relationship between ALP phenotypes and perfor- mances such as body weight,grease fleece weight and staple length.
