摘要
应用小井眼开窗侧钻水平井钻井技术是降低钻井综合成本,提高原油产量的重要途径之一。通过分析完成的小井眼开窗侧钻绕障水平井(侧平苏204井)的施工情况,从开窗侧钻方式的选择、井眼轨迹的形状设计、钻具组合的优化和钻井参数的优选、钻井液性能控制技术等多个方面系统地阐述了小井眼开窗侧钻水平井钻井工艺。
Sidetracking 3D horizontal well technique is one of the important ways to reduce the total drilling cost and increase the output. Through the operation condition of sidetracking 3D horizontal well (well Su204), the paper summarized the drilling technologies of sidetracking horizontal well in slim hole from the choice of sidetracking methods, the design of well track, the optimizing of bottom hole assembly and drilling parameters, and the controlling technology of drilling fluid etc.
