摘要
通过对长输管道常见焊接缺陷产生类型及原因的分析,总结出减少和避免缺陷产生的有效办法,在施工过程中严格监督落实,可以在很大程度上提高长输管道的焊接一次合格率。
The effective methods to reduce and avoid the defect were summarized by analyzing the type and reason of normal welding defect in long distance pipeline. The strict supervision and practice during the construction process can improve the primary percent of pass during the long distance pipeline welding to a great extend.
