垂直单向流洁净室速度场均匀性的影响因素

The effect factors of velocity uniformity in a vertical unidirectional-flow cleanroom

摘要 对垂直单向流洁净室内的速度场进行数值模拟,计算出洁净室工作区的乱流度指标.通过分析洁净室的室宽、室高与洁净室速度场均匀性之间的关系,得出结论:洁净室的宽度尺寸是影响速度场均匀性的主要因素,当室宽小于6.0 m、室高为2.7~4.2 m时,洁净室内速度分布均匀. The velocity feild of the vertical unidirectional flow in a cleanroom is simulated. The undistributed degree of velocity in work area of the cleanroom is computed. By analyzing the relationship between the velocity and the cleanroom's height and width, some solutions are obtained: the main factor which effects the velocity uniformity is the cleanroom's width. It is found that when the cleanroom's width is less than 6.0 m and the height is from 2.7 m to 4.2 m, the velocity distribution in the clearoom is uniform.
