摘要
由于信息网络应用的日益深入,其安全问题也越来越受到重视。2006年世界电信日的主题被定为“让全球网络更安全”, 就是一个证明。但这同时也说明,网络安全这个多年的课题始终面临着一些问题没有很好地解决。从网络安全事件的角度出发, 通过对数据和趋势的分析,提出一些网络安全工作面临的启发和思路,进而提出国家网络安全保障能力体系,并且指出计算机应急组织在其中的重要作用。
With the widely application of information network, its security problem attracts mere and more attention, for example, the theme of 2006 World Telecommunication Day is determined as ＂Promoting Global Cybersecurity＂. On the other hand. it shows, that there are still some problems concerning network security need to be settled. This paper starts from network security cases and then puts forward some revelation and scheme of network security work by analyzing the dais and trend, afterward it brings up a system concerning national network security safeguarding ability, meanwhile h pnints out the important role of Computer Emergency Response Team.
