摘要
现代企业应当承担社会责任和社会使命。履行企业社会责任是构建和谐企业的要求,也是我国企业步入国际化进程的当务之急。
This paper analyzes origins, content, essence and practice of corporate social responsibility, based on which, the author proposes that modern corporations should undertake both social responsibility and social missions and that fulfilling corporate social responsibility is not only the requirement or constructing a harmonious corporation but also a top priority of internationalizing corporations of Chins.
