摘要
介绍了步进式加热炉筋管包扎料结构特点,针对筋管温度较高、温度梯度较大、承重运动、碰撞频繁导致包扎料容易受损的现状,提出强化薄弱环节、改进施工工艺、严格烘炉曲线、控制初期生产强度等应对措施,实践表明,解决了困扰多年的技术难题,取得明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Introduced the binding material structure characteristics of pipes inside heating furnace. Because of high temperature, high temperature grads, undertake steel ingot and continuous vibration, the binding material easy being damaged. Now we put forward some measures that enhance the weak parts and improve construction technics, roast the furnace according to heating curve strictly and eontroll the produced strength at the very start. Practice indicate those measures solved the technical problem, obtaining the obviously social performance and economic performances.
