摘要
面对振兴东北老工业基地的形势,分析了黑龙江省高校的有利条件和存在的问题,提出了黑龙江省高校应抓住机遇,发挥自身独特的优势,主动适应振兴东北老工业基地的要求,为其提供人力和智力支持,最后就创新办学理念、办学体制和运行机制及发展职业教育给出了相应的建议。
Faced with the situation of revitalizing old Northeast Industrial Base,after analyzing the advantages and problems of the higher institutions in Heilongjiang Province,the author suggests that higher institutions in Heilongjiang Province should seize the opportunity and give full play to their own advantages to initiatively adapt to the requirements of revitalizing Old Northeast Industrial Base by offering support of human resources and intelligence. Finally the author gives appropriate advice on how to innovate the philosophy of running universities,operating systems,and the mechanism of developing vocational education.
