摘要
研究从猪胰脏中提取的羧肽酶B,在不同使用条件下,采用不同的保存方法,对其酶活力及稳定性进行比较。最佳保存条件为浓缩后加保护剂,在-80℃冻存。
We now present a comparative study of the Carboxypeptidase B. activities and the stabilities with different storage conditions. Our results show that the best storage conditions are stored with addition of protective reagent at - 80℃.
