摘要
建立了功能性饮料中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱方法,采用C18色谱柱(4.0mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇、水(V/V=30∶70)内含0.2%H3PO4的混合液为流动相,检测波长254 nm,流速为0.6mL/m in,柱温40℃,葛根素浓度在4μg/mL^200μg/mL时,其色谱峰面积与质量浓度线性关系良好(r=0.999 3)。加样回收率分别为101.9%,98.4%,90.6%,RSD<2%(n=5)。该方法适用于功能性饮料中葛根素含量的测定。
To develop on HPLC method to determine Puerarin in drink, The samples were separated on an C18 column (4. 0mm ×250. 0mm ,5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol -0. 2% H3PO4 solution(30:70 v/v).
