摘要
介绍了美国FW、美国ABT及英国MBEL几家公司针对江苏利港电力有限公司(以下简称利港电厂)锅炉降低氮氧化物、燃烧系统改造的几种方案及降低氮氧化物的原理。通过考察,对这几家公司成功改造或制造的低氮燃烧锅炉实际运行情况进行了分析,根据利港电厂机组的基本情况,提出了美国低氮燃烧器存在的问题以及利港电厂低氮燃烧系统改造的基本要求。
The paper introduces some retrofit proposals put forward by foreign companies including FW(U.S.A) ,ABT(U. S.A) and MBEL (U.K) to control boiler NOx emission in Ligang Power Plant. The fulfilled retrofit projects of these companies were observed and analyzed. Based on Ligang Power Plant boiler conditions, some problems of the low-NOx burners of USA are studied and the retrofit requirements of Ligang Plant were raised.
