摘要
以TiC l4为原料,尿素为均相沉淀剂,采用微波加热,分别在不同的pH条件下,于100℃左右反应,得到了锐钛矿和金红石型纳米TiO2的混合晶体。研究了不同反应条件对2种晶相比例的影响。XRD物相分析测定了样品的结构。TEM形貌观察,粒子基本为球形,平均粒径15 nm。利用该纳米TiO2混晶作为光催化剂对有机染料溶液进行了降解实验,发现在日光照射50 m in后对藏蓝染料的降解率接近100%,所合成TiO2混晶样品的光催化活性明显高于单独晶相以及物理混合样品的光催化活性。
With TiCl4 and urea as the raw materials, the mix-crystals of rutile and anatase TiO2 were prepared at 100 ℃ by means of microwave irradiation method. The effect of pH on the ratio of the nanometer TiO2 mixcrystal was discussed. The crystal structure was determined by XRD. TEM indicated that the TiO2 was spherical particles, and the average diameter of the particles was 15 nm. The photocatalytie experiment showed that the mix-crystal material had better photocatalytie aeilvity than the singleness TiO2. The compound could completely degrade the blue dye in 50 min under the sunlight.
