护生学业成败的归因现状分析及对策 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析护生对学业成败的归因及存在的问题,探讨相应的对策。方法采用多维度多归因因果量表对149名护生进行调查。结果护生对学业成功的归因得分由高到低依次为能力、努力、运气、任务难度,对学业失败的归因得分依次为努力、任务难度、运气、能力。护生认为成功的内部归因显著高于外部归因(t=7·13,P<0·01),而认为失败的内部归因与外部归因比较,差异无显著性意义(t=0·26,P>0·05)。结论护生对学业成败的归因总体上呈现积极趋势,但仍有部分护生轻视努力的作用,将失败完全归因于能力,或过分强调外部因素的影响。应培养护生积极的归因方式,了解其归因倾向,运用策略促使护生正确归因,对护生进行归因训练。
