摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆中的浓度变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测了136例急性冠脉综合征患者血浆中VEGF浓度的变化,并且经冠状动脉造影确定冠状动脉狭窄的程度,根据冠状动脉狭窄程度分为四组。结果血浆中VEGF浓度,冠状动脉无狭窄组为(70.2±10.3)ng/L,狭窄程度≤50%组为(78.5±17.8)ng/L,狭窄程度>50%~80%组为(164.7±21.1)ng/L,狭窄程度>80%(包括严重狭窄)组为(287.9±31.3)ng/L。随着血管狭窄程度的加重,血浆VEGF水平明显升高。结论冠状动脉狭窄的急性冠脉综合症患者血清中VEGF浓度升高,且与冠状动脉狭窄程度成正比。 Objective To evaluate the change of vascular endothelial growth factor in acute coronary syndrome ( ACS) and it's clinical significance. Methods 136 cases who had undergone selective coronary angiography were divided into four groups. Serum VEGF levels were tested. Results The levels of VEGF in patients with severe coronary artery stenosis were significantly higher that in normal group( 70.2±10.3 )ng/L and in slightly lesion ( narrowed ~〈 50% ) group ( 78.5±17.8 )ng/L. VEGF levels in patients with coronary artery narrowed 50%-80% and 〉80% were (164.7±21.1)ng/L and (287.9±31.3)ng/L respectively, and serum VEGF concentration were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion Serum levels of VEGF are elevated in patients with ACS, it reflects the severity of coronary artery stenoais.
