摘要
近几年,在市场经济大潮的冲击下,高等学校已不只是“一心只读圣贤书”的地方,各种经济活动在高校中越来越多.校内二级部门充分利用学校各种资源积极进行二级创收,在弥补教育经费不足、改善教职工的福利待遇方面具有积极意义.但在二级创收的过程中也出现了不少值得注意的问题.这就需要高校积极进行制度建设,对校内二级创收进行规范管理,使高校二级创收得到良性发展.
