摘要
在突发事件的发展过程中,传播媒介会产生“速增回馈效应”以及随之而来的“扩音作用”。公安机关在处置突发事件时,应与媒体建立双向对称型的沟通机制,通畅资讯的内、外流动。为此要重视培养育公安机关的沟通文化和沟通自主性,成立沟通信息小组,尽快公布事实真相,及时更新消息等。
In the course of development of unexpectedness case,spread medium will produce ＂positive Feedback Effect ＂ and amplification function that follow. The public security organ, while handling the accident, should set up two-way interaction system of linking up of type with media, unobstructed information inside, outside flows. Pay attention to training and breeding linking up culture and linking up independence of the public security organ for this reason, establish and link up the information group, announce the truth of the matter as soon as possible , upgrade news on time etc.
